Factory Certifications

Our factory is accredited by HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) with the process control certification as we address food safety throughout the entire production to prevent potential harms, and also recognized by GMP quality standards (Good Manufacturing Practice). These two accreditations are to certify that we, as a manufacturer, have strictly adhered to safety regulations and ensure that all food products are produced with risk preventive measures in place, safety at the forefront of everything, and zero case of food poisoning.



Our Floss Production

  •  Meticulously pick fresh and clean pork to satisfy the required standards of our qualified partners.
  •  Boil the pork meat until it is suitably cooked.
  •  Tear or roll the meat into shredded pieces.
  •  Stir the shredded pork.
  •  Season it with Lovely Group’s special gravy.
  •  Stir until it becomes loose.
  •  Choose only those pieces that are of good quality to be further packaged.

Metal Detector Conveyer for the Optimum Safety

In order to deliver the best result, Lovely Group employs a metal detector to identify metal inclusions during our manufacturing process. This practice is in compliance with the Critical Control Point (CCP) in prevention of metal contaminations which can affect the production control and machine functionality, contributing to consumer hazards. Therefore, we consistently adhere to the practices and ensure that the detector is always primed to guarantee the best and safest pork floss for our consumers.

At Lovely Group’s plant, in sorting the best quality of pork floss, not only do standard machines or tools matter, but our employees’ experience and contributions are also key. They deliberately handpick every floss with love and care to make sure that the products to be delivered will be totally of the greatest quality.

Floss Packaging

Our plant features a high standard sealing machine with all the packaging process set under the control of MD automation to guarantee 100% consumer safety.

Final Quality Inspection (Batch Basis)

We professionally conduct quality inspection in all batches prior to delivery with a wide range of tools employed including a moisture meter, sugar degree meter, salinity meter to underline the quality standards throughout the entire process and batch-based manufacturing.
